Your community is our community.
Our bankers care about helping our entire community thrive and prosper.
Yes, our approach to doing business has earned us a reputation as a bank you can depend on, but our commitment to you goes beyond financial services.
Our clients count on us to support the people and organizations working to build and care for our communities. Our culture is deeply rooted in the values of service and philanthropy, and we believe strong communities are built with local volunteers, donations and leadership.
We are proud of the time, energy and compassion our associates dedicate by volunteering for many local non-profit organizations each year.
From sponsoring a basketball scoreboard, to tutoring elementary school students, to raising funds for the United Way or serving as board members on local committees, you’ll find us involved in every aspect of the areas we serve.
These are just some of the many ways we’re active in our community. It’s an honor to work alongside our friends and neighbors.
Pie baking event
With a plan to give back to those in need and also enjoy time together outside of work around the holidays, Century associates made a goal to bake 100 pies to donate to local holiday dinners. The week before Thanksgiving, associates and retirees gathered the necessary supplies and spent quality time together, far surpassing their goal. The final outcome was nearly 150 pies, which were donated to Christ’s Table and the Salvation Army for their holiday meals.
Supporting local art
Century proudly offered financial support and volunteers to assist our local artists for their projects and events. From providing volunteers at the Y-Bridge Arts Festival to attending the Art Gala & Garden Tours hosted by Beaux Arts to supporting the Zanesville Appalachian Arts Project to assisting at the Zanesville Museum of Art’s Holiday Concert, Century was proud to support a number of local art events.
Salvation Army bell ringing
Every year, our associates enjoy supporting the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign. In 2017, a total of 28 bankers volunteered 20 hours to ring the bell at several different locations. That will continue in 2018, as associates have already signed up to help raise money through the Red Kettle Campaign and support those in need.
Century National Bank is delighted to be able to say “yes” to the many requests we get for donations, sponsorships, volunteers and other contributions that support our communities. We strongly believe in investing our money locally and doing everything in our power to support the people and groups in our neighborhoods.Make a Request
